事業拡大に伴い、日本ロビイスト協会は 有限責任事業組合 日本ロビイスト連盟として再スタートしました。
日本ロビイスト連盟は国民と議会の橋渡し役です。
国民の請願権の手助けをいたします。
弁護士との競合を避けるために、日本ロビイスト協会は立法府と行政府に対してのみ働きかけます。
もし、特段の事由がある場合は、司法府の問題も取り扱います。
日本は19世紀に近代的な議会を設立しました。
しかし、今まで日本にプロのロビイストがいたことはありません。
そして、日本はまだロビイストの登録制を採用していません。
私たち日本ロビイスト協会は、公的に認められたロビイストの制度の法整備の必要性を信じています。
それまでは、日本ロビイスト協会は、政府非公認のロビイストとして活動していきます。
Due to business expansion, Japan Lobbyist Association become a new organization :Limited Liability Partnership, Japan Federation of Lobbyists.
Japan Federation of Lobbyists makes connection between people of Japan and government.
We help the use of the national right of petition.
To avoid conflict with lawyers, Japan Lobbyist Association usually deal with problems in Legislative Branch and Executive Branch.
Only if there's a need for problems with Judiciary Branch, Japan Lobbyist Association helps it.
Japan established modern form of parliament in 19th century.
However, there have been no professional lobbyist.
Japan has not adopted registered lobbyist system and law.
We, Japan Lobbyist Association, believe that there's need to enact law for lobbyist, officially recognized lobbyist by parliament.
Until then, Japan Lobbyist Association is not recognized lobbyist in Japan's Diet.
