<p>SHIPを調べての印象。</p>
<p>基本的にSHIPは免疫細胞で研究が進んでおり、PTENに比べて、脳においてはそれほど研究されていない。</p>
<p>ただ、PC12細胞において、SHIP2が軸索成長に関与していること。</p>
<p>また、SHIP2の発現量増加が、LTPに正に働くこと。</p>
<p>が報告されている。</p>
<p>ただ、一方で、SHIP2のmRNAは脳の神経細胞には発現していないという報告もある。</p>
<p>SHIP1については、さらに報告が少ない。SHIP2の阻害剤があることが判明した。</p>
<p>また、SHIP2についても、最近開発されているがどこで、売っているかは不明。 </p>
