[japanese.ldf]ファイルをインターネットで入手し、次のTEXインストールフォルダにコピー。
C:\w32tex\share\texmf\tex\generic
更に、LyX設定画面での[言語設定]>[言語]>[言語パッケージ]で、\userpackage[japanese]{babel}とする。
[ファイル]から新規文書を作成して
LyX画面の[文書]>[設定]>[言語]の文字コードで
言語を日本語にして、
文字コードで
[その他]「日本語(CJK不使用)(SJIS)」を選ぶ。

そうすると、ファイルの書き出しでＰＤＦ出力で日本語がうまく表示されるようになった。
