At this presentation, let's learn from five foreign countries how to get off.

In addition, in a summer vacation, many German office workers take a paid vacation nearly one month. Since Japanese think that their company do not make ends meet if they do such a thing , they take the paid vacation to the utmost only for around 1 week. Germans have a thought to close a company if they became so it. Optionally, Japanese use only half of pay in spite of their lacking the days that are paid than Germans whereas Germans completely use up with pay. Japanese do not use the precious holiday. Japanese should follow some ways of a German holiday.

There are two reasons. First, British actively take paid holidays. They take paid holidays more than three weeks and it is about three times as long as Japanese’s ones. Second, they spend holidays leisurely. Like German, they don’t go many places but spend their holiday in particular one place. In short, British are also the model of taking vacation.

It happens quite often the Japanese goes to work at the company even in a holiday. Japanese work for a family, and as a result, it shortens time for spending with a family very much. Japanese should spend a holiday with a family like the Americans.

Then, they can take paid vacation for 5 weeks, and they are required taking vacation for 2 weeks at least. In contrast with Japanese, they put an important point in spending vacation lazily for a long time in one place. They enjoy lying at full length in the beach during summer and forget about their works once. In this way, they are freed from daily stress.
>In Consciousness for the vacation, France is one of the most countries which should assume imitation for Japan which confines time to work even by an off day.
